The first part of honorary exhibition of the exceptionally important Belgian artist Paul Delvaux has come to its closure, after being widely enjoyed by numerous visitors, both Greek and foreign.
For the second part, on the 21st of October, the same exhibition will be inaugurated at the Royal Museums of Fine-Arts in Brussels, to be presented until the mid of January.
The Museum of Contemporary Art of Andros would therefore like to inform its numerous friends that, like every year, we will continue our activities from October until May, displaying works by Greek as well as international artists from our collection.
At the same time, a separate space of the Museum, will be dedicated to Constantine Byzantios. The exhibits will include representative works from three different artistic periods of the artist. The particular paintings, are a recent addition to the Museum’s collection, a donation by the artist’ sister, Mrs. Marilena Liakopoulou.
Schools and groups are welcome in the premises of the museum under arrangement.
